Q Can Euromark supply food grade ink?
A Yes.
Q Are Euromark inks and make-up compatible?
A Yes.
Q Can customers get technical advice over the telephone?
A Yes all Euromark engineers are fully contactable via the office numbers or by mobile.
Q What is the delivery time on our inks and make-up?
A We delivery both UK Nationwide and to Europe. In the UK we can deliver same day before 12pm and 4.30pm, and by 9am next day.
Q How does the Euromark 5 year warranty on Hitachi printers work?
A The Hitachi PX is designed for continuous service, with no breakdown and ongoing service repairs. This is foolproof. The best way to communicate this is by commissioning all the components on the machine for 5 years. You won't pay for any parts that fail with normal use. No more expensive nozzle replacements.
Q What about the running cost of Hitachi printers?
A The Hitachi doesn't have any reservoirs that need changing. It has a self-cleaning head and the solvent consumption is kept to a minimum. It can cost less to run than any other printer.
Q What about Euromark support?
